These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Park Autopilot ("Service"), operated by Park Autopilot ("we", "us", or "our") at parkautopilot.com.
By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Service.
1. Service Description
Park Autopilot provides real-time theme park navigation recommendations, including suggested attractions, wait time estimates, and routing guidance ("Recommendations"). Our Service helps families navigate Disney, Universal, and other supported theme parks.
Our Service:
- Provides personalized "what to do next" recommendations
- Shows estimated wait times and walking distances
- Adapts to your party profile and preferences
- Tracks your progress through must-do attractions
Important: Park Autopilot is an independent service and is NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Disney, Universal, or any theme park operator. All recommendations are for informational and entertainment purposes only.
2. Payment Terms
Park Autopilot operates on a Day Pass business model:
- Price: $4.99 USD per Day Pass
- Coverage: One Day Pass covers your entire party for one calendar day
- Validity: Day Pass is valid for 24 hours from time of first use
- Payment Processing: Payments are processed securely through Stripe
Refund Policy:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our refund policy is simple and customer-friendly:
- Full Refund - No Questions Asked: If your Day Pass is unused and you request a refund within 30 days of purchase, we'll process a full refund immediately.
- Technical Issues: If you experienced technical problems that prevented you from using our service, we'll issue a full refund regardless of usage status.
- Duplicate Purchases: Accidentally purchased multiple passes? We'll refund duplicates automatically.
- Special Circumstances: If you've already used your pass but experienced significant issues, please contact us - we evaluate each situation individually and may offer a full or partial refund.
How to Request a Refund:
- Email support@parkautopilot.com with the email you used to purchase
- Include a brief reason for your refund request
- We'll process your refund within 2 business days
- Funds return to your original payment method in 5-10 business days (depends on your bank)
Note: We are not responsible for park closures, ride downtime, or other circumstances beyond our control. However, if you feel our service didn't deliver value, we'd rather give you a refund than keep unhappy customers.
3. Disclaimers and Limitations
3.1 No Affiliation with Theme Parks
Park Autopilot is NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by The Walt Disney Company, Universal Parks & Resorts, or any other theme park operator. All park names, attraction names, and related trademarks are the property of their respective owners.
3.2 Accuracy of Information
We strive to provide accurate wait time estimates and recommendations, but:
- Wait times are estimates only and may not reflect actual conditions
- Attractions may close unexpectedly due to weather, maintenance, or park operations
- Park hours, policies, and attraction availability are subject to change without notice
- We rely on third-party data sources that may be inaccurate or outdated
3.3 Service Availability
Our Service may be unavailable or interrupted due to:
- Maintenance, updates, or technical issues
- Network connectivity problems at theme parks
- Changes to third-party data providers
- Force majeure events beyond our control
We do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for any service outages.
3.4 No Guarantees
Park Autopilot provides recommendations for entertainment purposes only. We make no guarantees that:
- You will experience shorter wait times
- You will complete all desired attractions
- Our recommendations will optimize your park experience
- Wait time predictions will be accurate
4. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- Park Autopilot shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service
- We are not responsible for any lost time, missed attractions, wasted expenses, disappointment, or frustration resulting from following our recommendations
- Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for your Day Pass ($4.99 USD)
- We are not liable for any personal injury, property damage, or other harmthat may occur while using our Service or visiting theme parks
You acknowledge that:
- Theme park visits involve inherent risks and physical activity
- You are solely responsible for your safety and the safety of your party
- You should use your own judgment and follow all park rules and policies
5. User Conduct
You agree NOT to:
- Violate any laws or regulations while using our Service
- Share your account credentials with others
- Attempt to access, modify, or reverse engineer our systems
- Use our Service to scrape, harvest, or collect data
- Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service
- Abuse, harass, or threaten our support staff
- Use the Service for any commercial purpose without authorization
- Violate theme park rules while following our recommendations
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for:
- Violation of these Terms
- Fraudulent or abusive behavior
- Payment disputes or chargebacks
- Any reason at our sole discretion
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support@parkautopilot.com. Termination does not entitle you to a refund for any active Day Pass.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
We will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page when changes are made.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved in accordance with U.S. federal and state laws.
You agree to resolve any disputes through binding arbitration rather than in court, except where prohibited by law.
