Third-Party Services
We work with trusted service providers to operate Park Autopilot:
Cloudflare
Provides hosting infrastructure (Cloudflare Workers), data storage (KV, D1), and security (DDoS protection, SSL). Cloudflare processes user data only to deliver our service.

Handles payment processing for day pass purchases ($4.99). Polar collects payment information (card details, billing address) necessary to complete transactions. We do not store your payment information.

We retain your data as follows:
- •Account data: Kept while your account is active
- •Party profiles: Stored until you delete them or close your account
- •Day passes: Purchase records retained for 7 years for tax/accounting compliance
- •Usage data: Aggregated analytics retained indefinitely; individual session data deleted after 90 days
Your Rights
You have the following rights regarding your personal data:

Request a copy of your data in portable format
Correction
Update incorrect or incomplete information (available in Settings)
Deletion
Request complete deletion of your account and data

Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data:

Note: No security system is 100% foolproof. While we take extensive precautions, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children's Privacy
Park Autopilot is designed for families, but accounts must be created by adults (18+). We collect children's ages and heights only from parent/guardian accounts to provide age-appropriate ride recommendations. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify you via email and update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of Park Autopilot after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
