The five lands
Epic Universe is split into five themed lands: Super Nintendo World, Ministry of Magic, Isle of Berk, Dark Universe, and Celestial Park. Here's how the wait patterns across all five compare.
The three big waits
Three attractions run well above everything else in the park:

Plan your day around these three first. Everything else in the park averages under 46 minutes, and several attractions — Bowser Jr. Challenge (7.7 min) and Monsters Unchained: The Frankenstein Experiment (12.4 min) — are near walk-ons most of the day.
When to go
Park-wide, 9pm is the best hour (21.8 minutes average) and noon is the worst (45.8 minutes average) — more than double. If you only remember one scheduling rule, make it this: don't ride your priorities at lunchtime.
Should you buy Express Pass Now?
Universal's Express Pass Now launched at Epic Universe in summer 2026, priced at $20–$25 per attraction, used once per ride, per day. There's no unlimited version here. If you're set on riding Mine-Cart Madness without the 80-plus-minute average, this is the attraction to spend it on.
